Pre-Made Hoops: If you change your mind on your hoop after it is shipped you can try refuse the delivery of the item with the post/courier (this is at their discretion & not guaranteed). If you accept the delivery and change your mind after, you can return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) by notifying Éire Hoops 14 days from the date you received the item. You are responsible for checking your email/spam & junk folder and ensuring you return your items within this strict deadline.

During this time, it is your responsibility to look after the item. Upon receipt, items will be inspected for damage. This means that if the goods are scuffed or damaged in any way as a result of you handling them beyond what is necessary to check the features, functionality, characteristics, fit etc, you may have to pay for part or the full cost of the item or the goods will be returned to you. Tip: Make sure hoops are wrapped appropriately for Post/Courier.

Custom made/custom sized hoops: Hoops that are made to your custom specifications are excluded from the cooling-off period and are not eligible for returns.

Refunds will be made on the same credit card or debit card that you made initial payment on only.

Under normal use and the correct care, hula hoops can be expected to last between 6 months to 1 year, a lot of the time much longer than this. Due to the drops, falls and scrapes hoops normally go through, tape deterioration is expected to happen and this is not covered under warranty. Travel and Sectional hoops are expected to last a little less than this due to the stress they go through constantly being folded down, however expect them to last for at least 6 months. If you have a problem with your hoop within 6 months of purchase please get in touch to discuss.

The warranty does not cover obvious damage caused by abuse/misuse of the hoop, water damage, kinked or broken tube (due to aggressive hooping or attempting to coil down the hoop too small for storage), heat damage (exposure to heat when the tubing is collapsed can cause the tubing to warp and should be avoided). Polypro that breaks when used aggressively in extremely cold weather is also not covered under the warranty.

The below hoop care information link is very important to ensure a long lifespan for your hoop and failure to read will void the warranty:
